OWNER & Esthetician

Hi, I’m Pauline, the owner and lead esthetician of Xposed Skincare & Waxing! I’ve been a licensed esthetician for over 12 years, and my passion for skincare started when I graduated from Pure Aesthetics Natural Skincare School. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients feel confident in their skin while staying on top of the latest treatments and trends.

Before opening my own med spa, I worked with some of the industry’s top skincare lines like ZO, ColorScience, and Alastin, as well as all-natural brands like Lotus Moon. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both medical aesthetics and holistic care, which I now combine to create customized treatment plans for each client.

My goal is simple: to provide results-driven treatments in a comfortable and welcoming space. I love educating my clients about their skin, building routines that actually work, and watching them achieve their personal best.

Our Polocies

  • To ensure appointment availability and provide the best service experience, new clients are required to place a 50% deposit when booking their appointment.

    Cancellation Policy: We get it, sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Xposed Skincare & Waxing has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Xposed Skincare & Waxing at (520) 278-6836 or xposedtucson@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.

    This policy helps maintain a reliable schedule and ensures that appointment slots are available for all clients.

  • To accommodate all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, the following cancellation policy applies to returning clients:

    • Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service(s) booked.
    • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time or failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the total service(s) booked.

    This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows appointment availability to be managed effectively.

  • Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule. A 7-minute grace period is strictly enforced for all appointments.

    • Clients must be inside the treatment room within the 7-minute grace period to proceed with their service.
    • Arrivals beyond the 7-minute mark will be considered late, the appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.

    This policy ensures that all clients receive their full service time without delays and that appointments run on schedule.

  • For clients booking multiple services, any cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

    • Cancellations of one or more services with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the canceled services, in addition to the full price of the services received.
    • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the canceled services, in addition to the full price of the services received.

    This policy ensures that appointment slots are used efficiently and that all clients receive fair access to available booking times.
